2019 Hartford Outer Limits Syrah

94 Points

"Bombastic aromas of juicy blueberry, spiced plum, and vanilla burst from the glass on the nose of this wine. The palate feels nervy and lifted. Powder-fine tannin balanced by ripping acidity partner with rich flavors of berry compote, chopped herbs, black tea, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. Yummy now, this will continue to unfold nicely with some time in the cellar. Cellar Selection" - T.R.C., Wine Enthusiast, Oct 2025

2023 Hartford Russian River Valley Zinfandel Port

"Our 2023 Zinfandel Port exhibits a complex nose of cherry cordial, back fruits interlaced with candied orange zest and anise.  Ripe blackberry, black cherry, and mocha flavors are framed by nutmeg and ends with a rich, sweet finish.  To preserve the depth of character and intensity of flavors, the wine was neither fined nor filtered." - Jeff Stewart and Tiaan Lordan, Winemakers

2023 Hartford Court Morning Chorus Grenache

92 Points

The 2023 Grenache Morning Chorus Vineyard, from a site on Sonoma Mountain, is very young but very promising. Pine, blood orange, lavender and dark cherry tones flesh out across the broad, caressing palate, but a strong toasty oak imprint stands in the way of the wine's definition today. Still, there's great depth of fruit and ample mid-palate heft to make this a joy to drink. A nip of mountain structure on the finish adds a bit of flair. - Billy Norris, Anthony Galloni's Vinous, January 2026
