2022 Jurassic Vineyard Chenin Blanc

91 Points

"The 2022 Jurassic Vineyard Old Vine Chenin Blanc slowly emerges from the glass with notes of Golden Delicious apples, fresh pears, and wet slate plus touches of beeswax and coriander seed. The dry, medium-bodied palate delivers a satiny texture and racy acidity, finishing with a lemony lift. This wine was barrel-fermented and aged in French oak...The Jurassic Vineyard, planted in 1982, is situated at an elevation of 1,000 feet. The name pays tribute to the fossil-rich soils that force the vines to look deep for nutrients and water." - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, The Wine Independent, April 2024

2019 Hartford Outer Limits Syrah

"Pouring an opaque purple/red hue, the 2019 Syrah Outer Limits spent 20 months in 34% new French oak and is very ripe in the glass...It's an opulent red, with sweet tannins, a rounded mouthfeel, and a dark, brooding savory finish...Drink 2024-2028" - Audrey Frick, jebdunnuck.com, July 2024

2017 Hartford Russian River Valley Zinfandel Port

"Our 2017 Zinfandel Port exhibits a complex nose of cherry cordial, back fruits interlaced with candied orange zest and anise.  Ripe blackberry, black cherry, and mocha flavors are framed by nutmeg and ends with a rich, sweet finish.  To preserve the depth of character and intensity of flavors, the wine was neither fined nor filtered." - Jeff Stewart and Tiaan Lordan, Winemakers

2021 Hartford Court Morning Chorus Grenache

Our Grenache is sourced from the volcanic northern slope of Sonoma Mountain, where the landscape is dotted with live oak trees and the air is filled with birdsong. The wine’s aroma opens with notes of dried strawberries and tobacco leaves. Flavors of plum, lifted by polished fine-grain tannin, lead to a long and elegant finish with hints of cinnamon and orange peel.
